• While booking / checking in at the reception center, you need to define the day of departure.
• In case of late arrival and/or early departure during the stay, we reserve the right to charge the total reservation.
• In case of an involuntary departure from the glamping tent caused by fire, earthquake, epidemic or other natural disaster, you will not be charged for the rest of the booked stay.
• Glamping Hvar reserves the right to change the reservation or the way the service is provided if circumstances beyond our control occur that cannot be predicted, avoided or postponed.
• You guarantee your stay with a deposit of EUR 150.00 per reservation (Tax included). The deposit must be paid within 7 (working) days after receiving the confirmation and the reservation confirmation number must be indicated on the payment slip. The deposit will be included in the final price of the stay.
• For glamping tent reservations for 10 days or more, different payment and reservation cancellation conditions are apply.
• Minimum stay in glamping tents is 3 nights.
• The control of the glamping tent inventory is carried out on the day of your departure, and any damage / alienation of the inventory is subject to monetary sanctions. Please keep the glamping tent clean and tidy and leave them in the same condition in which you found them.
• Each glamping tent has a secured parking space for one vehicle, which is included in the price.

1. by cash in EUR.
2. by credit card or Maestro card based on the current exchange rate.
Check in at the reception for the glamping tents is from 14:00 hours (till 22:00h)
Check out at the reception for the glamping tents is till 10:00 hours

*Please announce the reservation center in case of a late arrival or we will not be able to guarantee for the booked stay. In this case, the glamping tent will be reserved until 10:00 a.m. the next day. After that, we reserve the right to further sell.

• • Free of charge cancellation for Glamping tents up to 10 days prior to arrival (not valid for reservations of 10 days or more). The paid deposit will be returned within a few working days.
• When returning the deposit, the guest must provide the following information: full name and surname of the person who made the payment, address, name of the bank, IBAN and SWIFT code.
• • In case of a non-arrival without prior cancellation or cancellation after the deadline, the deposit will not be returned.
